Graphics2D example (#3770)

COMPOSE-357

- Merged non UI examples visual-effects, falling-balls and minesweeper
into one graphics2d
 - Removed deprecated function calls `kotlin.system.getTimeNanos()`
 - Little bit simplifyed code
 - Used Material3
