This is the Orbit version for 2019-12 M2.
We tried earlier to update to Ant 1.10.7 but had to revert this since
there were issues with the previous artefact version in Orbit.
See platform bug 550793 for the list of changes since 1.10.6.

An issue has been reported with Java 1.8 and new Ant version 1.10.6
hence this was rolled back to 1.10.5 in Orbit.

Same version as used in the latest Eclipse platform. Updating the
JGit target platform results in the new JSch version being included
in the JGit feature in the p2 repo, and thus ultimately in the EGit
update site.
