Merge branch 'stable-5.5'

* stable-5.5:
  BaseReceivePack: Fix the format
  Prepend hostname to subsection used to store file timestamp resolution
  Store filesystem timestamp resolution in extra jgit config
  SystemReader: extract updating config and its parents if outdated
