Merge changes I9ba0e70f,I1f38e055,Idb55a303

* changes:
  Do not rewrite parents in RevWalkTextBuiltins
  RevWalk: Allow disabling parent rewriting
  RevWalkTextBuiltin: Add -n to limit number of commits returned
