Remove unused code from class Repository

The package-private method Repository::gitInternalSlash() is not
referenced from anywhere within the package.

Last uses were removed with
0f8743d4 "Remove deprecated Tree, TreeEntry, FileTreeEntry and friends"
6e9fdce9 "Kill GitIndex"
