Fixed issue where an non-opaque menubar would result with graphic creep. Added back CheckBox.icon and RadioButton.icon with StateIcons that paint accordingly to the abstract button they target. Moved opacity values to custom properties. Renamed #getName to #getPrefix and added new #getName which returns a display value (also via #toString).
