Implement missing global object internal methods (#2287)

This Pull Request fixes/closes #1987.

It changes the following:

- Add a prototype to the global object.
- Implement `__get_prototype_of__`, `__set_prototype_of__`, `__get_own_property__`, and `__own_property_keys__` for the global object
