Temporal: Refactor Calendar protocol for `JsObject`s (#3651)

* Progress on refactor

* fix ToTemporalCalendarSlot on to differentiate builtins

* Fix rebase regression in custom calendar

* Revert to old ToTemporalCalendarSlot
