Add TryFromJs for TypedJsFunction and more tests (#3981)

* Add TryFromJs for TypedJsFunction and more tests

Includes adding TryFromJs for "()".

* Fix clippies and fmt

* Prettier

* Add From<TypedJsFunction> for JsValue to allow conversion

* Implement comments
